With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Whitney’s diverse background equips her with a unique perspective and deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry, allowing her to deliver exceptional value to clients and confidently navigate complex projects.

She began her career at a prominent commercial general contractor, where she developed a comprehensive skill set through various roles, including purchasing, engineering, project management, and account management.

In her current role, Whitney offers fully integrated project management services to her clients through managing the planning, design, construction, and move process. Whitney services clients in the Raleigh Durham market and works nationally for repeat clients in locations including New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; and Charlottesville, VA. Thanks to Whitney’s years in the construction industry, she has the keen ability to strictly adhere to project budgets and schedules and be nimble and agile enough to navigate roadblocks that may potentially endanger the project budget and completion date.

Whitney is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina. She is past president of NAIOP Raleigh-Durham and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Whitney previously served on the Board of Directors for Triangle CREW from 2019-2020.
